Upon issuance of the permits, the demolition process begins which depending on the scope of work can take a week for an interior remodel and longer if exterior walls are being demolished.
The construction process continues involving framing, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, drywall and paint, flooring, then installation of the cabinets. The non cabinetry scope of work is performed by our trade sub contractors.
